Y in Central Maryland is hiring an Early Learning Coach for Baltimore City Head Start. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality educational experiences for young children and supporting teachers through observational coaching and collaborative planning.

The coach will work with Zone Managers and senior staff to strengthen Creative Curriculum use and promote positive developmental outcomes for children, including those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Responsibilities
