Qualifications

• Eight years of successful full-time public school district certificated service.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a teacher in a K-12 program
• A minimum of two years of experience in an elementary school
• Two years of service in a position that required and utilized an administrative credential, such as assistant principal or equivalent position.
• Employees with below standard evaluations or suspensions are ineligible for promotion for one calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality instruction by supporting standards-aligned teaching and learning and providing feedback through observations and coaching.
• Use data to drive improvements in student outcomes and plan instruction.
• Strengthen collaborative leadership through structures like Instructional Leadership Teams and PLCs.
• Promote an inclusive school culture with restorative practices and social-emotional learning.
• Manage operations by aligning resources, staffing, budgets, and programs with priorities.
