Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. seeks a Program Director to lead the Crownsville, Maryland Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. This full-time role requires strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and the ability to build high-performing teams while ensuring compliance and quality care.

You will manage operations, budgeting, licensing, and collaboration with funders and regulators, shaping a culture of accountability, recovery, and excellence within our mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, including 1-year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including 1-year supervisory experience.
• Maryland Supervisory Certificate from the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapist is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full staff complement is trained and adheres to policy and procedures.
• Maintain census, manage the program budget, and ensure fiscal year adherence.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure safety and proper functioning of the program.
• Maintain licensing, accreditation, credentialing, and certifications as appropriate.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve productivity.
• Lead staff meetings and participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams.
