Job summary

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license or multi-state license via eNLC.
• CPR Certification.
• Act 34/Act 33/Act 73 background clearances.

Responsibilities

• The registered nurse provides transformational leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care or health services.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, evaluate and implement a patient plan of care.
• Promotes patient safety initiatives and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Assigns or delegates tasks based on patient needs and staff competency.
