Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for individuals and families in an outpatient setting. Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Certified in an area of specialty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families.
• Delivers care in outpatient settings and acts with accountability for quality of care.
• Provides leadership, mentors staff, and ensures patient safety and high standards.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team and participates in department quality initiatives.
• Manages patient condition changes, documents appropriately, and maintains confidentiality.
