Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Junior Training and Transformation Business Analyst to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives through surveys, stakeholder feedback, and data analysis.

They are also responsible for supporting organizational change management (OCM) and communications activities, developing training and enablement materials, and driving user adoption to help ensure successful implementation of organizational, process, and technology changes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in change management, communications, or training.
• Experience designing surveys, analyzing data, and reporting on outcomes.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and developing training material.
• Knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience supporting technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of human behavior in response to change and empathy for individuals affected by change.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Measuring success and evaluating results through surveys and data.
• Partner with project teams to define success metrics and design post-launch feedback mechanisms.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and compelling communications of progress.
• Support organizational change management (OCM) and stakeholder communications, including engagement plans and messaging.
• Draft targeted communications, emails, presentations, FAQs, and talking points.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
• Create training materials, job aids, user guides, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to ensure training content accuracy.

Education

BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
