Qualifications

Valid driver’s license
Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, AI, Agile, or equivalent certification
Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities that drive operational, financial, and customer value.
Develop business cases, scope definitions, and value realization plans for transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Build and oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives aligned to objectives.
Establish governance, prioritization, and performance tracking for progress and value realization.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and coach a team of Transformation Managers.
Drive change management to ensure sustainable adoption of outcomes.
Provide portfolio-level reporting and recommendations to leadership.
