Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or business analysis, with large-scale transformation experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, and change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and basic data management.
• Fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools for research and writing.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation by planning and executing digital and process transformation projects.
• Evaluate and redesign operating models to align with tech trends.
• Apply agile and traditional project management to manage scope, timelines, risks, deliverables.
• Oversee P&A and Controllers transformation projects, define scopes and plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement with LOB leads and technology teams.
• Document business requirements, test digital solutions, and develop training materials.
• Refine process flows and system integrations to support cloud initiatives.
