Job summary

CHEF'STORE is seeking a Project Manager, Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This hybrid role offers onsite work in Rosemont, IL or West Linn, OR with three days per week onsite and two remote days.

You will partner with merchandising, store ops, finance, HR, and IT to deliver on-time, on-scope programs, drive change management, and report ROI and KPI outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in retail, supply chain, or multi-unit environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to organize work, meet deadlines, and set priorities.
• Strong decision-making and proactive problem-solving in complex scenarios.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for transformation initiatives from ideation through execution and post-implementation review.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and transformation roadmap.
• Partner with senior leaders across merchandising, store operations, finance, HR, and IT.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive decisions and remove roadblocks.
• Provide executive updates on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop change management plans and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and scale across locations.
