Job summary

McKesson in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to shape and measure the financial impact of the AIM28 transformation and related strategic initiatives. This highly visible role will lead value-realization methodology and executive reporting across a portfolio.

You will partner with Finance, Technology, and Business leads to ensure investments deliver measurable outcomes, translate proposals into financial narratives, and champion AI-enabled finance workflows using Power BI,

Responsibilities

Establish and govern AIM28 Finance value-realization methodology, with definitions and reporting logic.
Lead tracing of financial benefits from Big Bet value to P&L impact by product/segment/customer.
Serve as Finance escalation point for discrepancies between AIM28 value and financial results.
Lead development and governance of investment business cases for AIM28 initiatives.
Pressure-test assumptions (cost, timing, benefits, readiness, risk) before recommendations.
Translate technology proposals into financial narratives and executive materials.
Define AIM28 financial reporting strategy with dashboards and automated reporting.
Act as the senior finance bridge between business teams, technology, analytics, and Finance leadership.
Establish quality-control routines for dashboard output and executive materials.
Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and automation for recurring activities.
Identify and pilot AI-enabled workflows and analytics patterns for transformation finance.
