Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant finance, transformation, analytics, FP&A experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional finance workstreams and governance.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern AIM28 Finance value‑realization methodology, including benefit definitions, measurement rules, and reporting logic.
• Lead development, refinement, and governance of investment business cases for AIM28 initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Define AIM28 financial reporting strategy and requirements and translate into scalable dashboards and automated reporting.
• Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and governance for transformation initiatives.
