Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to shape and measure the financial impact of its AIM28 transformation program and other strategic initiatives. You will lead value-realization methodology, investment business case governance, and executive reporting across a portfolio of strategic initiatives.

The role partners with Finance, Technology, and Business teams to deliver measurable outcomes, advancing AI-enabled finance capabilities and executive decision support.

Qualifications

7+ years of finance, transformation, analytics, or FP&A experience.
Experience leading cross-functional finance workstreams with senior stakeholders.
MBA or advanced degree is preferred; degree in finance or accounting is foundational.

Responsibilities

Establish AIM28 value-realization methodology and governance for finance.
Lead development and governance of investment business cases for AIM28 initiatives.
Translate proposals into financial narratives and executive decision materials.
Define reporting strategy and partner with BI/analytics to create dashboards.
Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and scalable automation.
