Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Transformation Engineer to architect the Process Intelligence layer for Oracle ecosystems. You will help migrate customers from Oracle on-premises to Fusion and scale Enterprise AI on OCI.

You will define technical solutions, work with Oracle teams, and drive blueprints that translate market trends into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Celonis Process Intelligence technologies.
• Deep exposure to Oracle tech stack (EBS, Fusion, PeopleSoft, JDE).
• Knowledge of AI agents and generative AI patterns.
• Ability to translate market trends into blueprints for business outcomes.
• Experience in pre-sales or solution engineering is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale ERP transformations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pursuits: own the technical narrative in Oracle sales cycles for Fusion migrations.
• Supercharge migrations: develop blueprints to migrate from legacy Oracle to Fusion.
• Industrialize Enterprise AI: productize joint use cases with Oracle AI Agents on OCI.
• Enable the Field: build repeatable plays with Oracle teams for Cloud adoption.
• Activate the Partnership: collaborate with Oracle NAM GTM enablement.
