Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Transformation Engineer to join a high-impact team led by the Global Head of Enterprise Modernization, reporting into the SVP, Global Customer Transformation in Redwood City, CA.

You will design and deploy migration blueprints for Oracle Cloud ERP migrations, industrialize Enterprise AI on OCI, and collaborate with Oracle teams to accelerate cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion, PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards.
• Understanding of cloud migrations and ERP processes.
• Ability to define and deliver technical solutions in a sales context.
• Familiarity with Oracle AI/OCI is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive enablement across teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Process Intelligence layer for Oracle ecosystems and migrations.
• Define technical solutions and sales plays for Oracle Cloud ERP migrations.
• Lead strategic pursuits and own the technical narrative in Oracle sales cycles.
• Develop and deploy migration blueprints to de-risk and accelerate Fusion migrations.
• Productize joint Oracle AI use cases with real-time Celonis process context on OCI.
