• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, operating models, and service delivery.
• Expertise in enterprise AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery engagements to identify high-value transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate opportunities for ROI, feasibility, complexity, risk, and ROI.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and data gathering to uncover root causes.
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and roadmaps for executive decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feasibility and implementation considerations.
• Establish success metrics and value realization frameworks for initiatives.
• Advise leaders on transformation strategy and emerging technologies.
