Job description

Title: Director of Center of Excellence

Pay: Up to $130k

Location: Philadelphia, PA | Fully onsite

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within organizational processes.
• Develop solutions, systems, frameworks, and training programs for long‑term adoption.
• Partner with leadership on sustainability and new energy initiatives.
• Act as an internal consultant supporting organization-wide projects.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Strategic Planning, Business Process Optimization, Enterprise Project Management Office, IT, Client Services, and Operations.
• Drive project planning, execution strategy, and governance.
• Ensure initiatives align with organizational goals and long‑term strategy.
• Transition developed solutions to appropriate operational teams.
• Influence and guide leaders across departments in a consultant‑style role.
• Oversee and manage high‑visibility projects with cross‑functional impact.
• Report directly to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience (PMP preferred but not required).
