You will translate business needs into practical plans, manage scope and timelines, and collaborate with executives and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams and transformation initiatives across business challenges.
• Translate objectives into practical plans, requirements, and milestones.
• Establish governance, milestones, risks, and decision-making processes.
• Facilitate conversations with executives, leaders, and partners.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support ERP or enterprise solutions during implementation and adoption.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Provide oversight of vendors and implementation partners.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver value.
