Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Transformation Senior Analyst for a contract role in Toronto, ON. The selected candidate will support a major transformation program by linking business process knowledge with requirements, testing observations, and stakeholder feedback to deliver actionable insights for the Transformation Office.

Responsibilities include engaging with design, build, configuration, testing, and readiness activities across Operations, Performance, and Accounting, and preparing leadership

Qualifications

• Experience with Middle and Back Office investment operations, fund accounting, performance measurement, asset management, or capital markets.
• Experience with transformation programs affecting Middle and Back Office teams.
• Exposure to investment data and related reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand current and future-state Middle/Back Office processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Performance, Accounting, and related areas.
• Identify gaps, risks, and operational impacts to readiness or adoption.
• Prepare status updates, briefing notes, and decision‑support content.
• Support testing and readiness activities, ensuring end‑to‑end processes are validated.
