Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis within Treasury cash management or Finance.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Experience with citizen developer tools like Power Apps, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus.
• Experience in initiatives driving process automation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Business Systems Analysis support for Global Treasury cash operations including requirements, data transformation, automation, configurations, testing, training and rollout.
• Explain technical specifications to GFT teams to meet business needs.
• Proactively resolve issues by consulting stakeholders.
• Communicate project status to management and report critical issues.
• Create and maintain project documentation including design specifications.
• Lead testing plans and execute functional and system integration testing.
• Ensure issues are tracked, reported, and resolved promptly.
• Project manage small to medium initiatives as needed.
• Support ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes of production problems.
• Maintain and enhance production tools and processes.
• Interact with clients and business areas to deliver high-quality service.
