Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Chicago, IL is seeking a Transformation Analyst to conduct end-to-end process discovery, map current-state processes, and identify bottlenecks across business functions. You will analyze complex workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state improvements.

The role involves facilitating stakeholder workshops, capturing requirements, and producing detailed process documentation, SOPs, and operating models.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end process discovery, process mapping, and current-state assessments across business functions. Analyze complex business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, friction points, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process walkthrough sessions to gather business requirements. Create process documentation including process maps, SOPs, workflows, business procedures, and operating models.
