Job description

LeapPoint is part of Omnicom’s precision marketing division, Omnicom Precision Marketing Group (OPMG), a global network of agencies and consultancies spanning CRM, customer experience design, marketing technology, and business consulting.

We are seeking a Transformation Advisor to lead our vision of Connected Work for major brands, helping clients optimize their content supply chain by integrating people, processes, and Adobe MarTech to address executive challenges and drive marketing transformation.

As a Transformation Advisor, you will act as a senior strategic partner, engaging with executive stakeholders to articulate a compelling vision for their success and develop strategic relationships in key verticals. Your role will focus on expanding customer spend by aligning solutions with client priorities, building trust, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role requires a consultative mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience influencing C-suite decision-makers.

Note: This is a remote, work-from-home position.

You will have the opportunity to lead in areas including:

  1. Strategic Client Engagement: Building relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, understanding their challenges, and translating technical capabilities into business value.
  2. Solution Strategy & Vision: Developing tailored digital transformation strategies that align Adobe content supply chain solutions with business goals, emphasizing ROI and scalability.
  3. Consultative Selling: Collaborating with sales to identify opportunities, crafting pitches, and presenting Adobe solutions compellingly.
  4. Deal Shaping & Scoping: Leading discovery, defining project scopes, and developing proposals to position us as trusted advisors.
  5. Adobe Content Supply Chain Solutions: Designing end-to-end solutions leveraging Adobe tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, and Experience Cloud.
  6. GenAI Innovation: Incorporating Generative AI into solutions to enhance content creation, personalization, and automation.
  7. Delivery Oversight: Partnering with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with strategic visions.
  8. Market & Thought Leadership: Staying ahead of trends, contributing to workshops, webinars, and industry content to position us as leaders.

Skills for success include:

  • 10+ years in strategic consulting, client advisory, or enterprise sales, with experience engaging C-suite executives and leading large marketing transformation initiatives.
  • Proven success selling and delivering Adobe content supply chain solutions at enterprise level.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications in marketing.
  • Deep understanding of key verticals like financial services, healthcare, retail, and CPG.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residence in the U.S.

Preferred skills include:

  • Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager Architect, Adobe Experience Cloud Consultant, Adobe Workfront Core Developer).
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and RFPs for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields; MBA preferred.

Travel: Approximately 30-40% travel may be required.
