• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with mobility and functional limitations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
