Job summary

Fund Services Group (FSG) is seeking a Transfers Associate in Legal & Compliance to deliver white glove service to clients and investors. This remote-friendly role supports ownership transfers, tracks timelines, and liaises with custodians, fund administrators, and external counsel to ensure timely completion.

You will also help review and enhance client compliance programs while building foundational knowledge of private equity fund structures. Base salary ranges up to $80k.

• Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and external counsel.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing client compliance programs.
