Job summary

Mathis Brothers in Oklahoma City is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations at the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, stocking merchandise, and preparing items for transfer with accurate labeling and scanning to maintain inventory integrity.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service while working a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule in a busy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repetitively lift heavy merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of merchandise handling and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks and place merchandise in proper staging area.
• Load trucks for transfers and ensure accurate inventory by labeling and scanning items.

Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:

• Unload delivery trucks.
• Place merchandise in proper staging area.
• Must be able to quickly gain knowledge of merchandise.
• Load trucks with merchandise to be transferred to other locations; all merchandise received must be labeled and scanned properly with scan guns to ensure an accurate inventory count.
• Check daily assignments and responsibilities.
• Assist other departments within the warehouse as needed.
• Use excellent customer relations with both external and internal customers.
• Any other duties as directed by management.
