What is my role?

The Transfers Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a portion of the production operations within the transfers department. This role supervises production employees, coordinates daily workflows, and monitors production activities to support safe, efficient, and consistent manufacturing processes. The position ensures that production procedures are followed, quality standards are maintained, and operational goals are met. Responsibilities include monitoring employee performance, supporting process improvements, and coordinating with other departments to maintain workflow and production schedules. The Transfers Production Supervisor also helps ensure that products are produced according to company standards and within established timelines.

What You'll Do
  • Provide clear direction to all departments involved in screen print transfer production, ensuring tasks are appropriately assigned and production goals are met.
  • Identify and report equipment issues in a timely manner; perform basic troubleshooting when appropriate to minimize disruptions.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of screen print transfer product types and ensure appropriate processes are followed for each.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the production process, including regular inspections, wash testing, and verification of finished transfers for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain oversight of raw materials and consumables within the transfer department, ensuring regular inventory counts are completed to support ongoing production.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and changing production demands while maintaining a focus on department performance and output.
