Qualifications

• Strong people skills and the ability to work with on-site staff, local government, and the public.
• Experience in managing a diverse team and coordinating daytime operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage staff of approximately 40 people including administrators, operators, mechanics, and general labor.
• Manage truck flow on site and oversee construction projects.
• Represent landfill to the general public at meetings and events.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and enforced.
