Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or client services experience in a professional office environment (not healthcare).
• Experience working in banking or financial services.
• Experience processing documents and document management.
• Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client transfer requests to/from contra firms.
• Routinely contact contra firms regarding transfer status.
• Verify legal documents accompanying client signed transfers.
• Scrutinize transfer forms and letters of authorization.
• Maintain detailed records to complete requests within regulatory timeframes.
• Reconcile client accounts accurately.
• Create and distribute client correspondence.
• Support department productivity through meetings and training.
• Answer mail, calls and emails with professional service.
• Perform general clerical tasks (faxing, copying, filing).
• Assist others during high volume or low staffing periods.
