Job summary

SGS Technologie Pvt Ltd. is seeking an administrative professional to support the Account Transfers team. The role requires handling client transfer requests, documenting and reconciling accounts, and maintaining meticulous records.

Training occurs onsite for about four weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days a week). Responsibilities include client communications, document verification, and assisting with department-wide productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or client services experience in a professional office environment
• Experience working in banking or financial services
• Experience processing documents and document management
• Strong data entry skills with a requirement to score at least 6000 KPH with 85% accuracy and to include results on resume
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client transfer requests to/from contra firms
• Make routine phone calls to contra firms regarding transfer status
• Verify all necessary legal documentation with client signed documents
• Review transfer forms and letters of authorization for accuracy
• Maintain detailed records and notes to meet time allotments
• Reconcile client accounts accurately
• Create and distribute client correspondence
• Support department productivity through meetings and training
• Answer mail, phone calls, and emails with professional service
• Perform general clerical tasks (faxing, copying, filing)
• Assist other areas during high volume or low staffing
• Perform other duties as assigned
