NextPath Workforce Solutions seeks a Transfer Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This onsite, contract role supports banking and financial services clients by handling account transfers, document verification, and client communications.

Applicants should have 2+ years of admin or client services experience, strong data-entry (6000 KPH, 85% accuracy), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position offers an hourly rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or client services experience in a professional office environment
• Experience working in banking or financial services
• Able to process and manage documents and document management tasks
• Strong data entry skills: 6000 KPH with 85% accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willing to go above and beyond for customers

Responsabilités

• Review and approve client transfer requests
• Call to confirm transfer statuses with contra firms
• Screen and verify legal documentation for transfers
• Check transfer forms and letters of authorization for accuracy
• Maintain records and notes for timely completion of requests
• Reconcile client accounts accurately
• Create and distribute client correspondence
• Assist management to improve productivity through meetings and training
• Respond to mail, phone, and email inquiries professionally
• Perform general clerical duties (faxing, copying, filing)
