• Documentation: Enters event information into proprietary software; handles chain-of-custody and paperwork.
• Coordination: Cooperates with first responders, Coroner, hospital staff, or senior living facilities.
• Customer interaction: Interacts with bereaved family members with sensitivity; maintains professional appearance.
