Job summary

The candidate will oversee engagements, supervise staff, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement transfer pricing solutions and stay ahead of regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Economics major preferred
• Advanced degree preferred
• Five+ years of experience in transfer pricing or related tax practice
• Experience with tax compliance, documentation and policy analysis
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Research intercompany transactions and assist in documenting transfer pricing policies
• Ensure transfer pricing compliance and participate in year-end reviews
• Determine transfer pricing methods under IRS and OECD guidelines
• Lead or assist engagements to meet metrics and schedules
• Prepare planning and documentation reports
• Mentor and supervise junior staff on engagements
• Engage with clients and senior management to provide insights on tax policy changes
• Utilize tax software and data analysis tools to support engagements
