Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Associate in Transfer Pricing to work with consulting economists and help multinational clients price intercompany transactions. You will analyze economic conditions, assess client data, and prepare reports and presentations that support pricing decisions for domestic and international tax compliance.

The role demands strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with clients and teams across engagement workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, English or other relevant field required.
• Economics and Finance degrees strongly preferred.
• Internship within a professional services firm preferred, but not necessary.
• Prior experience working within a transfer pricing practice preferred, but not necessary.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Information gathering through client interviews to understand inter-company price drivers.
• Financial analysis to benchmark intercompany pricing policies and evaluate scenarios.
• Prepare project reports and client presentations detailing analyses and recommendations.
• Write industry overviews and descriptive analyses in transfer pricing reports.
