Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Tax Associate in Transfer Pricing to collaborate with a team of economists to price intercompany transactions for multinational clients. You will analyze economic conditions, document pricing policies, and communicate findings to clients with clear, well-written memos and reports.

The role emphasizes rigorous research, precise writing, and the ability to present complex analyses in client-friendly formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, English or other relevant field of study required.
• Economics and Finance degrees strongly preferred.
• Internship within a professional services firm preferred, but not necessary.
• Prior experience in a transfer pricing practice preferred, but not necessary.
• Excellent writing and editing skills are essential for reports and memos.

Responsibilities

• Supports information gathering through client interviews to understand corporate structure and intercompany pricing drivers.
• Performs financial analyses to benchmark intercompany pricing policies and evaluate scenarios.
• Prepares project reports with methodology, research, and results demonstrating regulatory compliance.
• Develops client presentations to communicate analyses and recommendations.
• Assists with internal/external presentations, training materials, and knowledge-sharing.
