Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Understanding of non-TP U.S. income tax principles.

Responsabilités

• Prepares client questionnaires and data requests; explain rationale for data collection and ensure information is summarized accurately.
• Reviews the functional and risk analyses; coaches associates through review notes.
• Recommends transfer pricing methods to analyze transactions; reconciles differences in results from methods.
• Applies accounting principles and data concepts to construct financial information for economic analysis.
• Understands and communicates transfer pricing concepts effectively.
• Executes feedback to minimize repeated errors and apply new concepts.
• Maintains open communication with management regarding project progress.
• Participates in training and development opportunities, both as attendee and facilitator.
• Collaborates with others to provide quality service to clients.
• Engages in professional and efficient communication with clients.
• Promotes additional services to clients when appropriate.
