Job summary

BDO USA, LLP in Dallas seeks a Tax Associate, Transfer Pricing to work with economists helping multinational companies price inter‑entity transactions. You will analyze economic conditions and industry trends, evaluate clients' intercompany transactions and set or substantiate prices charged between related parties.

Strong writing and analytical skills are essential to prepare client reports and presentations, and to produce transfer pricing analyses for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, English or related field.
• Economics/Finance degrees strongly preferred.
• Internship in a professional services firm is a plus.
• Prior transfer pricing experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Information Gathering: Involves client interviews to gather factors that influence inter‑company pricing (e.g., corporate structure, responsibilities, risk, value drivers).
• Financial Analysis: Analyze industry and client financial data to document pricing policies and evaluate market scenarios and intangibles.
• Report Writing: Produce industry overviews, descriptive analyses, project deliverables, and client memos; proofread and edit reports.
