Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Transfer Presses and Progressive/Hand Transfer Presses.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015.
• Experience with set-up and die change.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand transfer and progressive die operation according to job instructions.
• Troubleshoot automation problems (e.g., decoiler, feeder, die).
• Follow work instructions to meet production quotas.
• Ensure only quality parts pass to next operation; notify supervisor of quality issues.
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies.
