Qualifications

• 1 year transfer press experience preferred.
• Must adhere to safety regulations and maintain housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate a transfer press and manage changeovers.
• Identify improvements and document issues for teams.
• Perform die setting, alignment, and bolster preparation.
• Conduct First Off/Last Off inspections and follow inspection strategies.
• Assist with rail setups, die changes, and die repairs as needed.
• Train packers on proper procedures and safety.
