Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a paralegal or related experience.
• Experience in real estate property transactions is a plus.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
• Notary Public preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain the transfer process to all parties.
• Identify current cemetery property owners.
• Obtain detailed legal information to initiate the transfer.
• Perform data entry and verify database records.
• Prepare legal documents such as Affidavits and Transfer Agreements.
