Job summary

Voyages Behavioral Health of Conroe seeks a Transfer Center Nurse to coordinate patient transfers from other facilities, triage needs, and ensure prompt communication of acceptance or deflection. You will review clinical needs using technology and work closely with referral sources and clinical staff to ensure smooth admissions.

Required is a valid LVN license with CPI and CPR within 30 days, plus prior behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• LVN license required.
• CPI and CPR training within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use settings preferred.

• Provide high-quality triage and transfer coordination from other facilities.
