Key Job Responsibilities

• Loading product onto trucks for deliveries.
• Delivering and installing furniture in the customer's home in a friendly, professional manner, including mattress removal when necessary.
• Providing excellent service during deliveries, setup, and clean-up.
• Maximizing quality and efficiency scores to improve customer satisfaction.
• Loading and unloading products using proper material handling techniques and equipment to minimize damages.
• Communicating with customers regarding issues.
• Examining and evaluating products for damages, documenting reasons for returns, and notifying supervisors of any issues.
• Completing tasks, reports, and paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assisting with warehouse tasks, including driving a lift truck.
• Maintaining all safe work practices and rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Valid driver's license, up-to-date DOT medical card, and a safe driving record.
• Ability to read maps and follow instructions.
• Heavy lifting ability, including carrying heavy merchandise upstairs.
• Maintain personal appearance per dress code.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
• Experience driving a 26-foot Box Truck preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more with assistance.
• Ability to perform physical activities like bending, stooping, reaching, standing, and walking.
• Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments.

Physical Requirements

• Visual and auditory capabilities for communication and task performance.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach frequently.
