Position: Transfer Driver

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport U-Haul equipment between centers, dealerships, and repair shops.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a driver log.
• Assist in other areas as needed, under supervisor guidance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use mobile transfer programs
• D.O.T. certification if required—can be sponsored by U-Haul

The role involves moderate risks requiring safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, fumes, or chemicals, and may include using protective gear. Physical exertion includes working indoors and outdoors, traversing spaces, and moving at least 50 lbs., assisted or unassisted.
