Charger Kids Club is always looking for motivated, responsible high school students to join our team as classroom aides! This is a great opportunity for students interested in gaining experience working with young children, learning from experiencedadults, and building skills in teamwork and leadership.

Duties:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and routines
• Support children during play, crafts, and group times
• Help with basic classroom organization and cleanup
• Model positive behavior and interactions with children
• Provide general support where needed underadultsupervision

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Current high school student (age15+)
• Interest in working with young children
• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow directions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Looking for students who want to work year-round, and are limited in activities

Schedule:

• Flexible after-school hours, school breaks, and summer opportunities
• Interested in the work program for before-school or after-school hours
• Hours and days will vary based on school needs and student availability
