Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee License for Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of five years clinical experience preferred.
• Associate, Diploma or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing as typical entry education.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates coordination of physicians involved in patient transfers.
• Coordinates bed assignment for indicated areas.
• Triages transfers and admissions as per patient condition and physician request.
• Records reports in Epic and maintains transfer-related documentation.
• Maintains professionalism and teamwork within the department.
