Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a R2R Specialist to support our Memphis, TN client in a hybrid contract role. The position handles client transfer requests, document verification, and account reconciliations, requiring strong data entry and banking experience.

The ideal candidate will manage document workflows, maintain precise records, and provide responsive customer service while coordinating with contra firms and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or client services experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience processing documents and managing document workflows.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy (minimum 6000 KPH at 85% accuracy).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Customer service oriented with willingness to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client requests for account transfers.
• Contact contra firms to track transfer statuses.
• Verify legal documentation accompanying client requests.
• Scrutinize transfer forms and authorization letters.
• Maintain detailed records of client requests for timely completion.
• Reconcile client accounts accurately.
• Create and distribute client correspondence.
• Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, copying, and filing.
• Support department productivity through meetings and training.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and mail professionally and promptly.
• Assist other team areas during high volume or staffing shortages.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Job description

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a R2R Specialist to join our client's team in Memphis, TN. This is a Hybrid Contract position.

SALARY: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of recent administrative or client services experience in a professional office environment (non-healthcare)
• Experience working in banking or financial services
• Experience processing documents and managing document workflows
• Strong data entry skills; must achieve at least 6000 KPH with 85% accuracy on assessment
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Willing to go above and beyond for customer service
