Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a dedicated Egg Handler to transfer eggs from buggies to setter machines and maintain cleanliness and PPE compliance on site in Kentucky. You will perform frequent machine checks, assist with housekeeping, and follow NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and all laws.
This role requires ability to work unsupervised, nights, weekends and extended shifts, a solid work ethic, and basic math skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, poultry experience a plus.
Primarily responsible for transferring a specified number of eggs from egg buggies to setter machine. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
