Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Hatchery Attendant to support daily hatchery operations including egg handling, incubation, chick care and facility maintenance. This role emphasizes attention to biosecurity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Shift details: Saturday 8am-8pm, Sunday 8am-8pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm, with Day 1 on-the-job training and benefits available. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays while maintaining logs and safety protocols.

This is an individual contributor role with required competencies: Functional/Technical Skills, Action Oriented, Problem Solving, Learning on the Fly, and Interpersonal Savvy
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Must have a current and valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements.
Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs.
Wear required protective equipment in all areas where mandatory (hard hat, hearing protection, eye protection, mask, safety vest).
