Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years' experience in academic advising, student affairs, or related area.
• Detail oriented with excellent customer service, organization and planning, prioritization, problem solving, follow through, time management, and oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects, work under pressure, and work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising to all prospective and incoming transfer students.
• Aid in recruitment efforts, transition to Salisbury University, selection of courses, and registration of classes.
• Connect students to campus resources and support retention initiatives.
