The role requires exceptional attention to medical, biotech, and financial terminology, a typing speed of 70+ WPM, flawless English, and the ability to meet tight 24–48 hour deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio and video recordings into accurate, well-formatted written documents with fast turnaround times (24-48 hours)
• Ensure precision in terminology, especially related to drugs, biological and chemical concepts, company names, and names of key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify and correctly note financial terms and acronyms (ARPOB, EV/EBITDA, CDMO, etc.)
• Flag ambiguous statements and collaborate with analysts and research associates to clarify unclear segments or technical terms as needed.
• Organize and archive transcripts for easy retrieval by the research team.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive financial and healthcare information.
