About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, systems-minded Operations Analyst to help us scale and streamline our Transcript Production Department . In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure transcripts move efficiently from start to finish—with speed, accuracy, and quality top of mind.

You’ll lead a talented team, bring order to our workflows, define what “great” looks like in daily output, and constantly track the right metrics to keep us on track (or ahead). If you love solving operational puzzles, turning chaos into clarity, and getting real results across people and process—this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Operational Oversight – Own the day-to-day operations of the transcription pipeline. Make sure transcripts are moving, tracked, and delivered on time.
• Drive performance – Define, measure, and analyze KPIs around productivity, quality, turnaround time, accuracy, throughput and capacity. Spot trends before they become issues.
• Lead with purpose – Drive productivity benchmarks and implement continuous improvement practices based on data insights. Set clear expectations, give great feedback, and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
• Fix what’s broken (and even what’s not) – Spot inefficiencies and redesign systems for scale. You’ll streamline workflows, standardize processes, and collaborate by recommending tools or system enhancements that improve team performance and output quality.
• Collaborate across teams – Work cross-functionally with reporting, QA, support, and product. You’re a connector who supports the vision and focused on the right outcomes.
• Keep us moving forward – Track daily progress, build dashboards, and present insights that help drive smarter decisions across the department.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of ops or production experience—ideally in transcription, publishing, or legal tech.
• You’re fluent in KPIs, metrics, and spreadsheets—and can tell a story with the data.
• Strong people leadership. You know how to motivate and manage remote teams with clarity and empathy.
• Process-minded. You see systems and solutions where others see mess and manual tasks.
• Comfortable wearing a lot of hats and jumping into the weeds when needed.
• Startup mindset: You’re resourceful, fast-moving, and not afraid to build the plane while flying it.
• Bonus: Experience with legal transcription or court reporting workflows.
