Job Description

Are you a dynamic leader who thrives in a production-based environment that offers a platform for career growth?

As a Transactions Manager in Receivables Operations, you will manage a team processing daily document transactions and extraction of checks and remittances. The division enables customers to accept traditional paper-based payments and invoices/forms from clients by capturing information with technology services and transferring it to output files for accounts receivable or back-end processing. Our focus is to deliver exceptional service and quality while leveraging our operations and technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of full and part-time front-line employees.
  • Establish daily production goals based on productivity targets, budget, and resources. Monitor team output and manage personnel to meet throughput goals.
  • Manage shift operations, including personnel management, process delays, breakdowns, and resolving issues affecting production and quality.
  • Demonstrate sound leadership judgment; escalate personnel, facility, technology, or process concerns timely and appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and bank guidelines, policies, procedures, and training requirements.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; tailor messages to the audience, simplifying complex information.
  • Track team performance and implement action plans for performance improvement and high quality.
Required Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities
  • Minimum 3 years' management/leadership experience.
  • Core leadership attributes: planning, motivation, problem-solving, analytical skills, team building, interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding end-to-end process flow and downstream impacts.
  • Ability to lead, connect with, and be accessible to staff and direct reports.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines and activities.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance activities effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on process, productivity, culture, and cost improvements.
Work Schedule

11:30 pm - 8:00 am, Sunday - Thursday.

Shift Differential

15%.

This role may require non-traditional hours or additional hours based on business needs. Schedule may change.

Security Clearance

A government security clearance may be required, including fingerprinting, credit check, employment history, tax filing history, references, and proof of U.S. legal permanent residence for 3 years.
